You can send Amazon ebooks everywhere, so why US only? :)
Disincentive, my books are currently only available in print, Kindle, and Nook formats, and most international readers tell me they can't download those versions. I don't understand why, but if you are able to download Kindle or Nook books, feel free to enter. Just be aware that my books are not available in any other e-format. Believe me, I wish it were otherwise!
