7th Annual Brenda Novak Auction for Diabetes Research...in progress!

I'm posting this a little late, but best selling author Brenda Novak's Auction for Diabetes Research is currently in full swing! 23.6 million children and adults in the USA have diabetes. It runs in my family on my father's side, which is why I am excited to be able to once again support this wonderful cause.

In 2010, the auction raised $303,000 for diabetes research. Wouldn't it be great to break that record this year? You can help and get something back in the process. Once again, I am donating a copy of my sweet medieval romance, Loyalty's Web, to this auction. If you'd like to bid on it, click here.

Already have a copy? Not a problem! There are literally hundreds of other items you can bid on. Why not take a stroll on over to the site and at least take a peek? Click here for the main online auction page.

Deadline for bids is May 31, 2011, so don't delay! Remember...it's for a great cause!

Brenda Novak Auction for Diabetes Research...in progress!

Best selling author Brenda Novak is currently holding her 6th Annual Online Auction to Benefit Diabetes Research. Last year her auction raised $280,000 for this very important cause. This year, she is hoping to raise $1 million! As someone who's father and paternal grandmother both suffered from diabetes, I was honored to donate a three book combo to Ms Novak's auction: autographed copies of Loyalty's WebIlluminations of the Heart, and Stolen Christmas which features my medieval Christmas story, "An Epiphany Gift for Robin". If you'd like to bid on my 3 book combo, just click here.

But my humble donation barely scratches the surface of what is being offered for auction this year. There are nearly 90 categories of auction items, featuring everything from books (individual, combos and gift baskets) to jewelry to web services, agent evaluations, author critiques, collectable dolls, crystal dishes... I can't begin to list the entire treasure trove here. Suffice it to say, there is truly something for everyone! You can check out all the wonderful possibilities by clicking here.

I hope you will visit Ms Novak's auction and when you find something that sparks your interest, that you'll be generous in your bidding.

The auction runs the entire month of May, ending on May 31st, so hop on over and at least take a look.

All of us who's lives have been touched by the disease of diabetes and who hope to someday find a cure will thank you!
